There are times and situations where using a computer or fax machine just isn't an option. At Greeneye, we aim to make any situation work for you by taking your e-Manifest information over the phone.

Accuracy is Key

Greeneye's phone option is easy, but expect it to take longer than our Web and Fax products. We'll take extra time and care to ensure we're getting and recording exactly what is being said on the other end of the line so you don't run into problems at the border.

Safety First

At Greeneye, your safety is always on our minds. While we recommend that you phone us from a landline, we know it's not always possible. If you use a mobile phone to call us with your e-Manifest information, we request that you be parked when working on an e-Manifest with us over the phone.
